Finished a meeting just before

and now start going ahead for the exhibition stuff......

got my work commenced for seven days, yet have in-charged of 3 different types of events

I could immediately fall asleep without saying 123 every night!

realized how not well-prepared and careless I am.

figured out holding a seminar, meeting, and an Expo exhibition all at the same time requires you to be super attentive and alert!

and never fall asleep!><

always discouraged by tremendous loads of work

my multi-tasking ability is super low!

pressured by those gossips, daunted by those resignation, discouraged by work

people comes people goes...

now it leaves only me in my team. Or, can it be a 'team' anymore?

The first function in FHKI

CRAP.

MESS.

TIRING.

yet did learnt a lot.

The First Day in FHKI

First day of my work. I was told that the colleague whom I will take over the work from is gonna leave next week Monday; which means I have to learn all the stuffs within a day.

The job is so new to me, as I am going to handle every single detail of the project by my own self. One of the project was government funded, and within a year I needa organize a few more workshops and seminars; in which I will invite guest speaker, do advertisement, book venue, air tickets, accomodation, etc.

meanwhile, I need to take part in the secretariat of another organization, and organize different activities for members. Later this month I will coordinate all staffs to participate in another exhibition in EXPO.

one of the good news is, I dont have to work overtime too often; as my company does not have such an OT culture. Hopefully I could leave within half an hour after working time!

The job nature seem to be challenging, yet I wish to work hard for my career. There are gossips everywhere, but I will just try my best to work for my own projects... sometimes I want to help the one and only one colleague in my department, as she seems so busy for her own works. I wish I could do some help!! Sooner or later there will be a luncheon with the Chief Executive, I wonder if there's any chance possible if I can assist my colleague at that time...as it must be a nice opportunity to learn!

Colleagues were shocked knowing im just a fresh grad; as the common practice of my company is to hire people of at least 3 year experience. really thank God who gives me such a precious experience in his grace.

Pray that I would not leave any troubles to my manager and my colleagues; and may God grants me wisdom and patience to handle my projects!
